Request for Proposals (RFP)

Sealed Requests for Proposals (RFPs) shall be received by the Village of Theresa for Snow Plowing & Removal services for the 2027 winter season, with the opportunity to explore multiple years following. RFPs shall be accepted until 3:00pm October 14, 2026. The Proposals will be opened at 6:15pm October 19th at the Village Hall located at 292 Mayville Street Theresa, WI. RFPs should be sealed in a envelope labeled “Snow Removal RFP” and addressed to Theresa Public Works Dept. The Village of Theresa reserves the right to reject any and all RFPs and to waive any information in the RFP and to award the contract in whole or part in the best interest of the Village to the most qualified contractor.
