Phase 2 PSC Tariff Water Rates

Upcoming Water Rate Increase – Effective August 2, 2025

We want to inform all Village of Theresa residents that water rates will increase by 33.77% starting August 2, 2025.
For the average household using 3,000 gallons of water per month, this will result in an increase of approximately $7.62 on your utility bill, which will be mailed at the end of August.

At this time, the Village does not anticipate any additional water or sewer rate increases until a possible Simplified Rate Case in 2027.
