Community Portal Setup Instructions

Utility Bills for water, sewer, and garbage pickup are paid using the Utility Billing option and then link your account number. If you are having issues paying your full Utility Bill quarterly, please go to Manage Auto Pay and make a monthly payment. Then when you receive your quarterly bill, in "past due balance" you will see a credit (example: 75.00-) in the amount of the payments you made.From this site, you can pay online using a debit or credit card or connect your bank account and pay $1 per transaction instead of the credit/debit card fees. Unpaid utility bills are scheduled for disconnection May 8, 2024.

From the portal, you can view and pay bills. Or, you can view your bill and still send a check payment to PO Box 327, Theresa, WI 53091 or put payment in the drop box for processing (at the parking lot exit of 292 Mayville St). 

Utility Bills are now on a full sheet of paper and sent in an envelope. Bills are sent at the end of each quarter and are due the 20th of the following month (April 20, July 20, October 20, and January 20). We will be moving to monthly bills soon and they will always be due on the 20th of the following month.
