The ordinance was amended unanimously by the Theresa Village Board as follows:

§337-20. Parking generally.

A. All-night parking limitations

(1) No person, except EMS, police and physicians on emergency calls, shall park any vehicle for a period of time longer than 30 minutes between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. of any day between November 15 and April 1 on Milwaukee Street from the north Village limits to the south Village limits.

(2) On all other streets, from November 15 through April 1 from 3:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m., no vehicles may park on any unplowed village street during or after a snow event requiring plowing. Emergency vehicles are exempt. Vehicles not moved for plowing will be ticketed and the vehicle owner charged for the cost of plows returning to remove the snow where the vehicle was.
