The ordinance was amended unanimously by the Theresa Village Board as follows:

§335-3. Authorizing operation of ATVs/UTVs.

The Village of Theresa authorizes the operation of ATVs/UTVs on all village streets unless limited by state or county law.

The Theresa Police Department may temporarily close any ATV/UTV route whenever conditions require closure.
