Please remember to register your dog(s) by March 31. Beginning April 1, there is a $25 late fee per dog.

You can complete the above form and include it with the correct payment and pay inside Village Hall or put it in the drop box. If paying online, please send an email to [email protected] with your dog information. If dogs rabies vaccination has expired, please include the updated rabies information with your payment.
