The Theresa Water and Sewer Utility requires final readings on all property transfers. When possible, a 24-hour notice is appreciated and final readings are only done Monday – Thursday. Request a final read by emailing [email protected]. If a sale falls through, the party who ordered the final reading has the responsibility for canceling the final reading with the Utility. Please provide the buyer’s name(s), phone information, and an email address.

 

Special Assessment Letters

Please email special assessment letter requests to [email protected]. The fee is $25.00 or $30.00 to rush the information.

Sewer Lateral Project

When buying or selling homes in the Village of Theresa, please be advised that we have an ongoing project to televise sewer mains and laterals to locate issues causing water infiltration. To request results on a specific property, please contact our Department of Public Works at 920-488-4003 or [email protected]. We have completed certain areas of the Village and the project will continue. The home owner is invoiced for the televising cost and is responsible if lateral repairs are needed. Lateral Repairs need to be completed within 3-years of the televising invoice date; however, extensions are possible due to known street projects.
