All dogs & cats 6 months or older must be licensed by March 31st. Proof of spaying/neutering & rabies vaccination is required. The cost of the license is $15 for males/females & $10 for spayed or neutered animals. There is a pet licensing application form on the forms and permits page of the Village of Theresa website. There is also a pocket of pet licensing applications on the Village Hall door. 

Be a polite pet owner by picking up all solid feces from any street, sidewalk, alley or private or public property. Violators will be subject to fines & forfeiture.

No person having ownership or possession of any animal shall allow the animal to run at large in the Village. For more information visit the Village website at www.villageoftheresa.com.
